We're currently searching for dedicated and passionate individuals to fill five key positions within our esteemed Junior Development program. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in unearthing and unleashing the potential of tomorrow's footballing heroes.

Here's a closer look at the available positions:

1. U20 Women's National Team Head Coach:

Lead the charge for our future Banyana Banyana stars! You'll develop and implement training programs, select and motivate players, and guide the team towards regional and international success. Experience coaching at the national level and a proven track record of developing young talent are essential.

2. U15 Women's National Team Head Coach:

Inspire the next generation of Banyana Banyana! As the U15 head coach, you'll lay the foundation for their footballing journey. Your passion for teaching, player development, and creating a positive learning environment will be crucial. Previous experience in youth development and a strong grasp of age-appropriate training methods are ideal.

3. Technical Development System (TDS) Project Lead:

Take the helm of SAFA's comprehensive player development program! The TDS Project Lead will oversee the implementation of technical guidelines and standards across all national teams and leagues. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of youth football development are essential.

4. HPC Girls' Football Administrator:

Become the backbone of our High-Performance Centre for girls' football! You'll manage logistics, operations, and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the center and optimal support for our young female footballers. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for football are key.

5. Head of SAFA Boys' Academy:

Lead the future of Bafana Bafana at the grassroots level! As Head of the SAFA Boys' Academy, you'll oversee the development and implementation of training programs, talent identification, and coach education initiatives. Extensive experience in youth football development and a proven track record of success are crucial.

6. Head of Grassroots and School Football:

Champion the beautiful game from its core! You'll spearhead SAFA's grassroots and school football initiatives, fostering participation, talent identification, and nurturing a love for the sport from the ground up. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for building sustainable football structures are essential.
